Summer Down is newly refreshed for 2022 and ready for relaxation! New owners who have newly updated and professionally decorated this Bald Head Island gem!

It features new floor, modern lighting and comfortable furnishings. We have three 65 inch intelligent TVs, plus beautiful bathrooms, simple but lux coastal decor and new outdoor furnishings.
Come appreciate this modernized Villa in walking distance from the beach and Bald Head Island Club. We are excited to share our little piece of heaven with your family and friends! Our home consists of three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The master has a king, the guest has a queen, and the third bedroom is just ideal with two sets of bunk beds. We have a great outdoor living space which is ideal for entertaining. Our home is entirely supplied with a pack n play, crock pot, 4 beach chairs, (2) four passenger golf carts for cruising the island, an electric grille, and both a Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker.

About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this villa is near the beach. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Wrightsville Beach restaurants, tours, and activities.
• In the Wrightsville Beach area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• Some owners offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
