**F-2B is currently undergoing major renovations and is having the kitchen and bathrooms completely redone, as well as new floor throughout the unit. We'll have update photos as soon as the project is complete!**

The oceanfront bedroom has a king bed and the washer/dryer is located in the closet. The two guest bedrooms are on the marsh side. One has a queen bed and one has two twins. These two bedrooms share a full hall bathroom. The living room and kitchen has been furnished with you in mind with everything you could need! Located at the trendy Wrightsville Dunes complex, you have access to the community pool and tennis at this pretty development, located in the dunes at the North End of Wrightsville Beach. When to book & When to go:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property. We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, intercom or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent lots of issues.
  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Document any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be valuable if a dispute arises.
  • Be respectful. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to drive future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation home. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
