Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom villa under new ownership! Our home features spectacular ocean vistas from 2 elevated decks and a heavenly shaded ocean breeze on the ground level porch overlooking the lagoon. We are located just a short walk to the nearest beach access across the street and away from the noise of the BHI club hustle and bustle. The main level of the home contains 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and living room, while the loft area contains a twin bunk bed with a half bath. The master on the main level has a king bed with private bath and walk in shower. The second master bedroom has a king bed and pull out twin couch bed with a private shower/tub combo bath. There is also a queen sleeper couch in the living room. Every room has a TV with a Roku and freshly upgraded golf carts, with refurbished 4- passenger cart and brand new 2021 6- passenger cart. The home also has an ice maker.

Get the best rental value:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Reserve your rental in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would at home.
