Come and visit our appealing three bedroom Villa located on Bald Head Island! Not only does this home have Ocean Vistas from the loft deck, but you can also savor golf course and lagoon vistas from the front deck leaving you with 360 vistas of Bald Head. The downstairs has a freshly modernized kitchen and cavernous living room with a wet bar. In the hall you will find a bathroom with a shower tub combo which also has a separate door connecting to the queen bedroom. The downstairs by the living room also has a private master king suite with attached bathroom with a stand up tiled shower. When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:

• Summer months are the most expensive season in the Wrightsville Beach area. To find the largest rental home within budget, we suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
