Make some of your favorite memories when you settle down at Ev's Escape. These striking Sunset Beach condos are completely updated and are located in a great location near many golf courses, eateries, stores, and of course, the water. Under the warm North Carolina sunshine, appreciate visiting the Sunset Beach Fishing Pier, the Sunset Beach Seashore, Bird Island Reserve, and the Swap Park - Zip Line and ATV Center. Inside Ev's Escape, get comfortable amongst the open-concept interior's soft furnishings and modern appliances. Hang out with your favorite people in the cavernous living room or in the tree-lined sunroom. When you aren't dining out, the full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops - ideal for culinary pursuits! An additional kitchenette is available in the second condo. Both of the condo's bedrooms are plush and full of natural light. Don't worry about the weather as the interior is constantly kept cool thanks to central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the amenities.

Things to Know
The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC), which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a meeting space, a tiki bar, and a restaurant, is closed until further notice for renovations.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Located by the sea, this condo is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. Cherry Grove Pier and Rees Jones Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Get the most from your rental home budget:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
