- Back: Cavernous back deck with a modest ocean view on the left-hand-side. Cozy cushioned furnishings, coffee table, and bar table. Listen close to hear the waves while hanging out in the back!
- An outdoor shower head and foot-wash is located on the very bottom level of the back of the home. Hot & cold!

- Beach Towels NOT supplied.

☀ EXTRAS ☀
- Included: Enough shampoo/conditioner/body soap, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pod, and kitchen "goodies" to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

-- Evidence of smoking in the home or by outdoor furnishings will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee to remove the smell.
☀ Please do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items.
- These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
☀ Please respect "Quiet Hours" that are from 10PM - 7AM.

☀ Please do not tamper with the owners closet or security camera located on the exterior.
