LIVING AREA

Unwind in a bright, beautiful living area with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Unwind with the family and watch a movie on the 50 flat-screen TV. Ocean vistas are available from nearly any window in the home.

KITCHEN & DINING

The freshly updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is completely supplied to accommodate all your favorite recipes.

Sit down for a special dinner at the dining table with seating for six or at the breakfast bar with seating for four.

BED & BATH

The home sleeps up to nine guests in four bedrooms (king, king, queen, full-size and twin). Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV.

All bedrooms have access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. An additional full bath off the main living area provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Rock the day away on the huge front deck while appreciating the ocean breeze and handsome vistas of Ocean Isle. The back porch is a combination of both a covered and uncovered area savor a drink or a light meal while admiring the ocean vistas.

Take advantage of the gas grille and cookout next to the unheated pool. Dine alfresco at the picnic table on the pool deck.

The backyard is fenced for privacy, and an outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after fun-filled beach days.

When to visit Ocean Isle Beach & When to book:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Wrightsville Beach area. Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
