As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a roomy and inviting interior, thoughtfully designed to accommodate your every need. The open-concept living area is furnished with coastal decor, creating a serene ambiance ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. Gather around for comfortable evenings with adored ones, and sink into plush couches while appreciating your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The completely equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and quartz counter tops. The optional pull-out extension constructed into the dining table accepts seating for 10 people. The private fenced-in salt water pool on the north side of the home will accommodate both sun-lovers and shade seekers. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
