As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a roomy and inviting interior, thoughtfully designed to accommodate your every need. The open-concept living area is furnished with coastal decor, creating a serene ambiance ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. Gather around for comfortable evenings with appreciated ones, and sink into plush couches while appreciating your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. High speed Wi-Fi is supplied to allow you to stream your favorite subscriptions.

The entirely equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and quartz counter tops. The optional pull-out extension constructed into the dining table accepts seating for 10 people. The front porch which has seating for two is peaceful and peaceful both in the mornings and evenings. The screened-in back deck offers an amazing view of summer sunrises and sunsets. The casual seating area on the back deck is also a marvelous place to appreciate the sights and sounds of the tidal marsh and canal. The vibrant marsh-view is a nature lover's delight.

The private fenced-in salt water pool on the north side of the home will accommodate both sun-lovers and shade seekers. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
