How to get the best rental home value:

  • Summer time is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. To book the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Wrightsville Beach attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.   • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
