Heaven Tower 104 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo featuring recent renovations and unobstructed ocean vistas. The open floor plan features a modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an open central island; a dining area; and a living room with a wall mounted sizable screen TV, loveseat, and pull out queen couch bed - all of which open to a private covered balcony that accommodates 6 chairs for watching majestic sunsets and radiant daybreak sunrises.

As you enter the unit, you will see a King bedroom on the left with its own private bath and brightly tiled tub and shower. A twin bedroom on the right has a tiled tub/shower and bathroom that opens to both the bedroom and the hallway and homes a full sized washer and dryer. Appreciate the delightfully beach themed bedrooms both of which have new beds and bed coverings and huge screen TV’s. The King bedroom has a DVR for recording your favorite shows. Secure Internet WiFi service is supplied. A unique luxury offers a table and 4 chairs in a hall way alcove that is ideal for playing games, putting together puzzles, creating artworks, and/or providing additional eating space if needed.

The Paradise Tower complex has a private outdoor pool and is only a few steps from the public beach access. It is one of only 5 buildings on the island that have an elevator providing simple access to all floors for loading and unloading suitcases, packages, and purchases. Close proximity to the famed Carolina Beach Boardwalk (1/2 mile), eateries, and stores add to convenient access to highly trendy establishments. Parking at Paradise Tower is complimentary with an Intracoastal parking pass.
