Oceanfront two bedroom condo located on the third floor.

The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable

and calming beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can

sleep four people. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom number one and a

TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV.The master bath has a walk

in shower and bathroom number 2 has a tub/shower combo.

The condo has elegant and private WiFi and the cable service has a full

package of entertainment options.

Full housekeeping and maid service is supplied in your rental price. When

departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage

removed to the onsite dumpster.

Located on the waterfront, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. When to reserve a Wrightsville Beach rental home & When to go:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Book your rental in Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.   • Double-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great time? Many rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
