Seasonal community pool, covered picnic area with park grilles. The condo community is just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Club and a short drive to Oak Island Lighthouse. The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
