Our gorgeous condo is completely refreshed and has a handsome ocean view! It has all new furnishings and beds. We have our own private access to the beach that is only a three min. walk from door of our condo. You will have access to two handsome pools. You will not regret staying at our “little piece of heaven!”

About the Area

Located in Oak Island, this condo is on the beach. Franklin Square Gallery and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best value, try changing your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.   • Keep your rental home locked while you're out! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
