As you enter “McGraw” you will instantly notice the unique details of the home. Wood floors are accented by the enchanting wood plank ceilings. This end unit has two walls of enormous floor to ceiling windows that let in natural light and are covered with plantation shutters to add to the subtle coastal ambiance of the home. The living room overlooks the dining and kitchen area to give a phenomenal space for families to gather. Granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances add to the fresh feel and offer all the necessary silverware to prepare a home cooked meal. Down the hall past the kitchen is a hall bathroom that connects with the twin guest bedroom.

Upstairs you will find the roomy primary suite and third guest room.
