Welcome to our home away from home. Our family of 4 has adored Wrightsville Beach and surrounding beaches such as Kure Beach, Fort Fisher and Carolina Beach for years. We decided to buy a modest home to spend more time in spots we adore. 4 mi. to Wrightsville Beach and 7 mi. to the historic Riverwalk, our home is in a very peaceful, but older community. The home sits on an acre and accepts plenty of privacy while being pet friendly (2 max). A hutch for modest fur friends located in back. We encourage longer stays and offer discounts. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and being the best hosts possible. It’s our hope to have recurring family visits and meet fellow travelers who appreciate exploring new spots. We are also located on AirBNB.

About the Area

Green Meadow, a neighborhood in Wilmington, is home to this vacation home. Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wrightsville SUP and Children's Museum of Wilmington. New Hanover County Arboretum and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting.

  • Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let crooks spoil your holiday.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
