With gorgeous waterfront vistas, multiple private outdoor spaces, and convenient access to island amenities, you’ll find everything you need to relax and appreciate the island lifestyle.


This appealing home features an open-concept living space with modern touches throughout. The entirely equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals after a day of adventure, and with stainless steel appliances, it’s as beautiful as it is functional.


Start your day with a cup of coffee on the upper deck while watching the sun rise over the marsh. Spend your afternoons crabbing, fishing, or kayaking from the community dock just steps from the back door. For a really unique experience, take a walk along the bespoke-constructed walkway that leads you out into the marsh, where you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings. In the evening, enjoy drinks on the huge private deck with multiple seating options, ideal for unwinding and making memories with friends and family.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Cape Fear Station, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
