This freshly remodeled 8th two-bedroom two-bathroom condo has all the amenities of home. A enormous sectional couch provides a magnificent place to kick back and relax. Watch TV or the dolphins swimming down the coastline from the comfort of your vacation rental! The well-equipped kitchen gives the option of cooking home cooked meals but there are many local eateries within walking distance of this enchanting home. The primary bedroom with queen bed has a private bathroom and access to the oceanfront balcony and a private bathroom for added convenience. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and 2 twin-sized rollaway beds located in the closet. No matter the configuration of your family or group, “High Seas” is versatile and able to cater to your needs.

The Station One complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W223 – High Seas” as a vacation rental.

About the Area

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this condo is on the beach. Wrightsville Beach Museum of History and Cameron Art Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House. Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting.   • The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a great vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it.
