Unwind with the whole family at this calming place to stay. Plenty of property for the adults and a park across the street to keep the kids entertained. Located in the Downtown area and within walking distance to many of the areas trendy attractions. Take a 15/20 min. drive to the beach and savor the sun and sand! Want to have an appealing nighttime, make reservations at any of the top rated eateries with spectacular vistas and finish the evening at one of our rooftop bars or relax and stay in!

SMOKING: We are a smoke-complimentary-home, including the front and backyard. This includes vaping. If you smoke, leave the premises (meaning NO smoking outside the home either). We charge $500 for smoking outside and $2,000 for smoking inside + all restoration, cleaning, and remediation costs.

Any smoking or drugs on the premises, your stay will be cancelled and you will have to leave the property immediately.

Princess Place, a neighborhood in Wilmington, is home to this vacation home. Bellamy Mansion Museum and Brooklyn Arts Center at St. Andrews are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Heights and Cape Fear Museum. Children's Museum of Wilmington and Wilmington Railroad Museum are also worth visiting.

Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Wrightsville Beach trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is almost always available online. If you don't see them listed, email the property manager before you book the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to establish what is optimal for your family.
  • Are you visiting for a specific attraction or event? Try a map search to browse nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or could be applied to your agreement.

Tips for your stay:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Add a note with the instructions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
  • Note any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents lots of difficulties.
  • Be a good neighbor. Often times, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your rental home while you are out. Keep your property safe!
  • Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a terrific vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
