• Sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed and there are 2 Twin beds in the loft.
• 2 completely furnished balconies for you to savor the handsome outdoors. One overlooks BHI Club golf course hole #14 and the other overlooks the community pool open to all Royal James’ guests.
• All bed, bath, and pool/beach linens are included.
• Two golf carts are supplied: one 4-seater and one 2-seater.
• BHI Club Guest memberships are available and sold separately.

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is by the sea. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
