Welcome to The Grove! We are just steps from the beach (2-min. walk) and a 5-10 min. walk to a number of eateries, bars, stores, ice cream, and even a new brewery! Our namesake Live Oak trees, porches, and sun room make The Grove a calming sanctuary after a day of exploring the island. The sizable front and back yards offer ample space to roam. You will find this to be a peaceful and peaceful getaway for your family. Beach chairs, beach cart, and beach toys included. Book The Grove today.

The home is single-story with an open and airy feeling. The main highlights of the space include heritage live oaks and a relaxing conditioned sun room on the back of the home. The home has been freshly refreshed - including new floor, paint, ceilings, and granite countertops in the kitchen.

- There is a 55" ROKU TV in the living area and a relaxing sectional couch.
- The dining table seats six.
- There is an additional dining or work-space in the sun room. This room can be closed off to allow for remote work.

- Primary bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and a third has bunk beds, all of which are memory foam beds.
- The primary bedroom has an ensuite with walk-in shower. While functional, the shower and vanity in the master bathroom are on the smaller end.
- The primary is also outfitted with a 32”ROKU TV and all bedrooms have bags racks and closets for use.

- There are front and rear decks with outdoor seating.
- A relaxing swing is located in the front yard.
- Peak-a-boo vistas of the ocean can be seen from the front yard.
- The backyard contains a fire pit for those cooler days -- or for those just wanting the experience.
- A gas grille is also supplied.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this cottage is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Franklin Square Gallery and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
