Planning a vacation shouldn't be a hassle. You have a lot on your plate already so we want to make it as
simple as possible for you.

How about a Villa on Bald Head Island just a hop and skip to the beach?

We are also only right across the foot-bridge to the Bald Head Island Clubhouse & Pool as well having
three decks to kick back and soak in the gorgeous vistas of the 18 th Hole, Club House or top deck view of
Ocean.

We furnished this Villa so all you have to do is pack your bags and hop in the car.

There is something really magical about the ocean and music. We hope Villa #34 delivers a anxiety-complimentary
experience so you can focus on what's really important: connecting with friends and family.

About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this villa is on a river. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Bald Head Island Information Center. When to go & When to reserve a Bald Head Island rental home:

  • To get the most suitable vacation home within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Wrightsville Beach restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.   • Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let crooks spoil your family vacation.
  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
