"Balvenie" is located in Flora's Bluff on South Beach. We are right across from the beach with direct beach access just steps away! We have a reverse floor plan with the living room, dining and kitchen upstairs. Downstairs we have a king master suite, along with two other bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom is a queen room and the 3rd bedroom / nook is a twin bed with a trundle. Both rooms share a bathroom.

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.

  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to stimulate more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
