Welcome to Starboard By The Sea building 7 unit B that has one of the best vistas on the island! Spend the late afternoons on the covered deck overlooking Jinks Creek and be in awe as the sun goes down and glistens across the top of the saltwater marsh. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the ideal spot to spend your vacation with your adored ones and create a lifetime of memories. Take advantage of high tide and try your crabbing or fishing skills off one of the private docks. Bring your own kayak or paddleboard and experience the scenery and local wildlife, or have a family cookout using one of the park style in ground charcoal grilles. A short 5 min. walk to the public beach access and your toes are in the sand. This is what beach life is all about! All bed linens and bath towels are supplied for your stay and beds will be made prior to your arrival. No Animals Accepted and No Smoking.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
