- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
- Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.


Pet Fee:
- Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
- If possible, please add family pets to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $150 pet fee is supplied as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
- Pet fee is non-returnable and is a flat rate for the stay.
- Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals allowed.
- Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
- Dogs must be entirely housebroken.
- Dogs are not allowed on furnishings or linens.

Hot Tub Policy:
- Family Animals are NOT allowed in the hot tub
- You are using the hot tub at your own risk
- Pregnant women, persons with heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure problems and elderly people should not use a hot tub or spa without a doctor’s permission.
- We do not advise young kids to use the hot tub. In the event that you allow a minor to use the hot tub, they must be supervised at all times.
- Limit time in the hot tub or spa to no more than 30 mins..
- No glass products in or around the hot tub.

House Rules:
- NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
- Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our COVID-19 cleaning protocols. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
- Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
- Please park only on the right side of the driveway and pull all the way up towards the patio entrance. Studio By The Sea is on the lower level of the duplex, and the upper apartment is assigned the left side of the driveway. A max. of two cars may park on the property. Also please note that the Town of Carolina Beach does not allow street parking.
- In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Only stainless steel cleaner may be used on stainless steel appliances. Other cleaners will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.
- Visitors must be approved by host.
- Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards.
- Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
- Guest must sign rental agreement.

Located near the beach, this apartment is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Good Hops Brewing. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book & When to go:

  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach. Booking in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a great stay? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
