Welcome to the Pilot’s Parlor! The Pilot’s Parlor is located in one of the best areas for everything in downtown Wilmington! Free parking is included! You are one block to the river and the award-winning Riverwalk, across the street from Bakery 105, and within walking distance of all the museums, stores, eateries, and nightlife. This cavernous garden apartment is in the cellar of the historic Hogg-Anderson home with a separate entrance and completely private space. It is the ideal home away from home for your Wilmington Vacation. Guests have access to the entire apartment. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, one single cot, and a couch. So you could sleep up to 4.

  • To find the best value, try changing your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
