????The Cozy Corner is a duplex style studio apartment with an open floor plan that is attached to the main dwelling. The apartment consists of 1Queen bed, 1 Q-sleeper couch and 1 full Bathroom, Linens are supplied. The space can sleep 4 adults comfortably, Kids are welcome & must be supervised at all times.
There is a shared wall, like a duplex with the main home. There is no contact or communication between you and the main dwelling, everything has its own private entrance and patio's. The splendid patio has a 6 ft privacy fenced, along with a grille, chairs and a picnic table. The home is located 6 blocks from the beach access, the boardwalk, and 2 blocks from the local park with walking and bicycle trail.
????This is a Non-Smoking and No Animals home. ????

???? Parking is located on side street (Columbia Ave) in front of apartment along the trees in the grassy area, you will see the entry gate with a sign saying "The Cozy Corner".
???? Entry to the home is key less accepting you the freedom to arrive on your own schedule . The keyless code will be sent to you in a Vacation Rental By Owner message the day of your arrival by 3pm.

⭐️We are located 6 blocks from the beach access / boardwalk and 2 blocks from the local park,walking & bicycle trail.
????Mike chappel park is located 2 blocks from the home, it has tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, skateboard park and a 3 mile paved walking / bicycle trail. ????????♀️
????????We are located about 3 min from the Carolina beach recreation center that has a gym and many other classes / events.
????????♂️It is very simple to get around the Island. Most people travel By bicycle, walking or golf cart, these items can be rented at Pleasure Island Units and Sun fun units .You can bicycle or golf cart to all destination on Carolina beach. ????
????????♂️We are also close to Carolina Beach state park where you can fish, hike a number of trails, launch your boat and Kayak.
????????♀️There is much more that can be done at the beach such as paddle board, surf lessons (Tony Silvagni surf school) and walk the boardwalk. The boardwalk has bingo nighttime , fireworks every Thursday, complimentary movies at the lake and complimentary summer concerts. More info. about events, eateries and activities will be included in the home when you arrive.????
