This elegant, open concept, new construction home is just 0.3 miles from beach access and is elegantly furnished and decorated for a serene beach hideaway. Spotted by the Sea features three bedrooms with six beds (king, queen, two twins, twin air bed, and queen sleeper couch) accommodating up to 9 guests, as well as two full bathrooms – plenty of space to make memories with your entire family or spend quality time with a group of your closest friends.

Spotted by the Sea is located just a six min. walk from the beach, so you can stretch your legs and avoid parking costs. From the beach access point, it’s only an additional 10 min. walk to the Oak Island Pier, where you can stop at Ruby’s Coffeehouse & Eatery to refuel.

By car, Spotted by the Sea is just four mins. from Food Lion and Publix for groceries, five mins. from Middleton Park, five mins. from the beautiful Oak Island Golf Club, and nine mins. from the historic Oak Island Lighthouse.
