  • Summer is high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Some owners offer special rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
