Carolina Beach Lake is directly across the street, hosting the Saturday Farmers’ Market and Sunday evening family movies. Veggie Wagon is even located across the street! This condo is in the ideal location for you to savor what Carolina Beach has to offer! The Kure Beach pier, the Ft. Fisher Aquarium, and the ferry to Southport are just a 10-12 min. drive.

Watch dolphins, surfers, and boats from the second-row deck; appreciate spectacular sunsets from the end-unit balcony overlooking the lake.

Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a discount.
Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
