Spend Easter at the beach! The condo is on the quieter north end of the beach. The condo is just a few steps to the ocean with the handsome Freeman Park beach just one block away. There is a private patio overlooking the pool. Just a three min. walk to a High Tide Parlor & Tiki Bar, where there is always something fun going on. There is a king size bed with plenty of pillows and a brand new pull out couch bed. There are also towels and a closet full of beach supplies you can use. Linens are included. When to go & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.
