There is full size couch with recliners that can be used to sleep additional guests and there is also a loveseat with recliners. The unit comes with a completely equipped kitchen to prepare meals and a washer / dryer. The community has a huge outdoor pool and outdoor shower. There is also a storage area for the unit on the ground level that has everything you will need to relax and relax at the beach including: beach chairs, boogey boards, and umbrellas.
