Located on a peaceful, friendly street, this upper-level unit is only a 10-min. walk to the eateries and stores. The main floor includes a roomy living/dining/kitchen area that opens to a deep wraparound porch with rockers. The master bedroom and bath are on this level as well as two more guest rooms and a bathroom. There are also 3 bedrooms on the top level. On the ground floor, there is a garage and an outdoor shower. The garage fits 2 midsize cars in tandem. There is room for 3 cars in front of our unit parked side by side. Only Saturday check-in during Jun/Jul/Aug.

About the Area

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Wrightsville SUP and Children's Museum of Wilmington are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding. South End Surf Shop and New Hanover County Arboretum are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, water skiing, and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

Sticking to a budget:

  • Summer months are high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. To book the most suitable rental within your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast?   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great feedback to stimulate more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best rental home. Please be objective.
