One of the best homes Wrightsville Beach has to offer! Our home is one of only a few oceanfront homes in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. There are impressive vistas from two full-length decks, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a rare private yard. The main area of town is about a 15 min. walk or 5 min. bicycle ride away. The combination of amazing ocean vistas, peaceful neighborhood, and proximity to town are hard to beat. We look forward to welcoming you to our Wrightsville Beach home!

We are currently renting this home out for the months of June, July, and August. We only allow check-in/out on Saturdays for stays in 7-day increments. We sometimes have flexibility at the beginning/end of summer or on short notice. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Get the most from your budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Wrightsville Beach. To find the most suitable rental home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.

  • Lock your vacation home while you're out. Keep your property safe!
  • Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great ratings to compel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation home. Please be objective.
