  • Summer is high season in Sunset Beach. To get the best value, consider shifting your family's Wrightsville Beach trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons.   • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to stimulate more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
