The second floor has four total bedrooms, along with a seating area offering impressive vistas, a flat-screen TV, and a wet bar for your convenience. The second oceanfront primary suite features sliding glass doors leading to the second-floor balcony and includes an en-suite bath with a soaking tub and shower. Across the hall is another oceanfront bedroom with its own en-suite bath featuring a tub/shower combination. Down the hallway are two more bedrooms, one equipped with two double-over-double bunk beds. These roomy bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear units during your stay! A pet fee is applied for those traveling with a pet and is included in your total rental rate. $175 for the first pet and $50 for an additional pet. min. number of family pets allowed is 2.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
