Giant, covered front porch, sizable back deck overlooking creek and marsh, and ground level covered sitting area with swing and creek view! Appreciate fishing, crabbing, or kayaking directly from the property. Great location just a short walk to the beach! Recent renovations including new floor, Living room furnishings, 5G WIFI, 3 TV's including 4K resolution 55" Intelligent TV. Master bedroom with walk-in closet and bath. Beautiful marsh vistas from both guest bedrooms. Open living, dining and kitchen, Central Heat & Air, Washer/Dryer, completely equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher, microwave, enclosed outside hot/cold shower, beach chairs, beach cart, surf fishing rods, crab trap, 2 kayaks, body and skim boards, charcoal grille, and more. Only .14 miles to beach and less than 1/2 mile to pier and Island Way restaurant. Linen costs for 3 BR's of $76 and $15 for Q sleeper are NOT included but can be arranged. No Smoking. Pet friendly.
