Two oceanfront living rooms separated by barn-style rolling doors and two stackable washer and dryers. Wood floors throughout all living spaces and tiled bathrooms. Oceanfront covered porch and deck with furnishings. Foot washing station and dog run under the home. Totally refreshed in 2018. A public beach access is just one home over at SE 40th Street.
