Located right on the 1st fairway, you’ll adore the relaxing vistas of the green and the wrap-around porch, ideal for calming, sipping coffee, or sharing meals together. The screened-in section offers a peaceful spot to relax after a day of exploring.

Inside, the home is bright and inviting, with plenty of room to spread out. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it’s great for families or groups. But the real highlight is the upstairs King bedroom, which includes a additional room with two twin beds—an ideal private getaway for kids, teens, or anyone who wants their own cozy space. This added room can be a game zone, reading nook, or simply a peaceful hideaway.
