This striking 3BR/2BA condo is sure to give you that relaxing coastal vibe with its colorful decor and ample living area. Step outside onto the condo's broad covered porch for a complete view of one of the biggest swimming pools on the island as well as the community hot tubs. At Smooth Sailing, you are less than a 5 min. walk from a couple of eateries, a grocery store and the handsome sandy beaches! Also, you are only 20 mins. from Southport, a fashionable filming location for T.V. and movies, and roughly 35 - 40 mins. from Wilmington and North Myrtle Beach.
