This is an Oceanfront two-bedroom condo located on the fifth floor with a double balcony.

The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and calming beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep six people. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom number one and a 32" TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 52" TV. There is a queen size sleeper couch in the living area and a huge screen TV.

Two full bathrooms with shower/bath combo.

The condo has superb and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options.

Full housekeeping and maid service is included in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. How to get the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Wrightsville Beach area. To get the best value, consider changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • In the Wrightsville Beach area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a excellent stay? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise.
