Indulge in modern coastal luxury at this newly constructed, Wilmington Beach townhome. Boasting high-end finishes and decor plus a fenced backyard with an outdoor shower, this three-bedroom home offers prime access to beaches, dining, and attractions.

The bright, open-concept living area is well-appointed for comfortable group gatherings, and a breezy, furnished balcony is the ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset beverages. Unwind after days of sun and fun while streaming shows on the intelligent TV on the main floor. The well-equipped, island kitchen showcases delightful countertops and a complete suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Modern essentials include central air-conditioning, complimentary internet access, and a private washer/dryer.

The upstairs primary suite includes an en suite bathroom, intelligent TV, and a private balcony.

THINGS TO KNOW
In the third bedroom, there are four beds total: a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom, a twin bed on the top, and a twin trundle bed. There is also a newly added twin bed.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
