Take your next calming vacation at "Seabbatical" on Bald Head Island. This brand new 6 Bedroom 4.5 Bath home is located right in the Live Oaks of the Maritime Forest. This floor plan offers great space for the whole family. The downstairs has the living room, kitchen and sizable screened in porch. The master King bedroom is also downstairs with its own bathroom with a walk in shower and two enormous vanities. Upstairs has a king master with an on-suite bathroom then another 2 queen bedrooms with a shared bath and through the breezeway is a ideal kids living room/playroom along with two more bedrooms, one with two twin bunk beds and another with two twins with a shared bathroom. Live Oak trail is located in the middle of the island close to all of the great amenities including the maritime market and stores. Come "Sea" Us in our new home on Live Oak Trail!

  • To find the best value, consider shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
