This waterway home located in the private subdivision of Pointe West gives you spectacular vistas of the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway! Watch the deer and other wildlife roam the marsh. Ocean view from 3 of the bedrooms and office nook. Appreciate calming by your own private pool. Simple walk to the beach. Private beach access located at the end of the street (between 1049 & 1053 OBW). Beautiful gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A second refrigerator/freezer is located on the ground floor, along with a commercial ice maker for simple access when relaxing by the pool, grilling out and filling coolers. Separate sitting area on first level equipped with TV. Fresh paint and décor in all common areas exudes a beachy vibe. All the amenities for a memory-making vacation!

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heater will not be turned on May-August. ***

When to visit & When to book:

  • To find the best value, try changing your family's Wrightsville Beach vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.
