Located in the Lighthouse Landing Community. With high ceilings, sunny rooms with tall windows and an open floor plan, this home is outstanding for entertaining. Substantial dining table plus bar stools will comfortably seat 10 for meals. The entirely outfitted kitchen features brand new KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, new pots/pans, dishes and silverware. Washer and dryer are also new. Freshly painted interior.

The outdoor open deck has a direct walkway to a shared community dock on the Bald Head Creek for fishing and crabbing. Or meander through the maritime forest on one of the four bicycles supplied.

Cavernous master suite with King bed and newly remodeled bath including tile floor, double vanity with vessel sinks and handsome soaking tub and a newly enlarged tile shower with bench. 3 additional guest rooms and two full bathrooms upstairs (2 rooms have queens and the other has a bunk bed with queen on bottom and twin on top). Three flat screen TVs and wireless internet access are included.

Lighthouse Landing, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island, is home to Lighthouse Landing community dock access. When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:

• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer months are high season in Bald Head Island. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a discount.
• Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.
