Located in the Lighthouse Landing Community. With high ceilings, sunny rooms with tall windows and an open floor plan, this home is marvelous for entertaining. Sizable dining table plus bar stools will comfortably seat 10 for meals. The completely supplied kitchen features brand new KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, new pots/pans, dishes and silverware. Washer and dryer are also new. Freshly painted interior.

The outdoor open deck has a direct walkway to a shared community dock on the Bald Head Creek for fishing and crabbing. Or meander through the maritime forest on one of the four bicycles supplied.

Roomy master suite with King bed and freshly modernized bath including tile floor, double vanity with vessel sinks and elegant soaking tub and a newly enlarged tile shower with bench. 3 additional guest rooms and two full bathrooms upstairs (2 rooms have queens and the other has a bunk bed with queen on bottom and twin on top). Three flat screen TVs and wireless internet access are included.

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • Summer time is high season in Bald Head Island. To get the largest rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance.
