Covered porches on all three levels provide amazing ocean vistas. This home offers private beach access, along with a swimming pool (open from Easter - October), an enclosed outdoor shower, and a boardwalk shower. With six bedrooms and six and a half baths, including two primary suites with flat-screen TVs, and a second-floor den that includes a wet bar and microwave, this Hobbs Intelligent Home is a roomy beach escape! This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Find your perfect vacation home:

  • In the Wrightsville Beach area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.

  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
