Pier Haven is a meticulously remodeled modern luxury beach home offering two distinct units that can be booked separately or as an entire home. With two identical levels (Unit A and B), each featuring an open floorplan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this haven combines a sleek design with the comfort of home. Each unit features its own private entrance, kitchen, living space with a fireplace, and covered decks that provide broad oceanfront vistas, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group to luxuriate.

The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 6+ cars and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30’+ boat/trailer/RV. The private backyard invites you to BBQ or indulge in beach games in the sand. The laundry room is completely equipped with a washer, dryer, beach essentials, and an outdoor shower for a invigorating rinse after soaking up the sun.

Unit B, on the lower level, welcomes you with an open floorplan, an ocean-view living area with a enormous intelligent TV and fireplace, and a entirely supplied kitchen with new appliances. The covered deck provides an ideal spot for outdoor dining or appreciating the ocean breeze. Two Queen bedrooms, complete with new beds and furnishings, share a full bathroom, with one offering a portable workspace for remote work. The cavernous master suite features a King bed and a private full bathroom with peek ocean vistas.

Unit A on the upper level features spectacular indoor and outdoor ocean and pier vistas. The living area features all-new furnishings, a color-changing fireplace, and a huge intelligent TV. Step outside to the covered deck for additional outdoor dining or revel in the sound of crashing waves and sightings of dolphins. The completely supplied kitchen with a sizable island is ideal for preparing meals, and the indoor dining area offers mesmerizing ocean vistas. The first Queen bedroom has access to an oceanside deck, sharing a hallway bathroom with the second Queen bedroom. The roomy master suite includes a King bed, private full bathroom, direct access to the oceanside deck, peek ocean vistas, and a intelligent TV.

PROVIDED: WIFI, fully outfitted kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including linens, bath, and beach towels – a value of $200-300+! Beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens upon arrival, and fluffy towels will be available. Also supplied are ten beach chairs, four body boards, two adult and three kid bicycles, a cooler, a stroller, and a beach cart.
