With two identical levels (Unit A and B), each featuring an open floorplan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this haven combines a sleek design with the comfort of home. Each unit features its own private entrance, kitchen, living space with a fireplace, and covered decks that provide broad oceanfront vistas, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group to luxuriate.

The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 3 cars and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30’+ boat/trailer/RV. Unit B, on the lower level, welcomes you with an open floorplan, an ocean-view living area with a sizable intelligent TV and fireplace, and a entirely supplied kitchen with new appliances. Two Queen bedrooms, complete with new beds and furnishings, share a full bathroom, with one offering a portable workspace for remote work. Beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens upon arrival, and fluffy towels will be available. Also supplied are ten beach chairs, four body boards, two adult and three kid bicycles, a cooler, a stroller, and a beach cart.
