You'll be blown away by the handsome vaulted ceilings and meticulously designed open floor plan upstairs at Sandy Paws. There are two porches that can be accessed from this floor, one on the beachside with rocking chairs to appreciate your morning coffee or evening drinks and the other with an outdoor dining table that seats 6. Inside, you'll find the main living area is elegantly decorated with a huge flatscreen TV and leather couches that have reclining functions. The well-appointed kitchen features a sizable center island with bar seating, granite countertops, a high-end gas range, stainless steel appliances, bespoke cabinetry, and all the supplies needed to prepare a meal for your group. There's also a formal dining space with seating for 7 along with a half bathroom.
The bright and airy ambiance extends into the master bedroom, where you will find the ocean vistas, a extravagant king bed, enormous flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a cavernous walk-in shower. All 3 of the guest bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and a double bunk room) are located downstairs; each designed as a private getaway with ensuite bathrooms, flatscreen TVs, and ceiling fans. Additionally, you will find a full size pull out couch in the den.
Outside, there's an amazing wood-burning fire pit to gather around on those cooler nights! We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, soaps, and shampoo/conditioner.
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
