Forever Summer features hickory floor on the third floor of this reverse floor plan with handsome tile on the second floor family room and plush carpet in each of the bedrooms. The striking kitchen was designed with huge gatherings in mind with bespoke cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and all new cookware and equipment.
