Club Villa Condo @ St James Plantation! Unwind & appreciate the comfort and tranquility that St James has to offer. This second-floor villa features an open floor plan that has 2 Master suites with full bathrooms, laundry room, open kitchen with an island that is ideal for entertaining. Appreciate the spectacular view from the screen porch overlooking the fairway of the 2nd Par 4 of the Member’s golf course. While being located in seclusion take advantage of the club villas onsite amenities that includes an outdoor pool (seasonal), beach club, and hiking/walking trails. This unit is a pet-friendly, non-smoking, nightly, weekly and monthly prices available. Unit is located within a gated community.

St. James is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park, while Franklin Square Gallery and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are cultural highlights. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting.
